Why Mentor?

- Dozens of children in need of one to one attention are now waiting for a mentor.
- Children who have a mentor do better in school and in the community. It’s a fact.
What do Mentors do?
Go Skating. See a Movie. Surf the Web. Job Shadow. Talk about careers. Bake a Cake. Watch a Game. Take a Drive. Paint a Picture. Hike a Nature Trail. Visit the Library. Go Fishing. Just Hang Out.

Fundraising events include the annual Catholic Charities Festival of the Trees, a Gala at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center including a performance of the New York City Ballet each summer, and other events.
